An ideal departure point for walks and rambling

(We are located between Lake Vouglans and Lake Chalain)

Our 2 gites are located within a large villa on the edge of the lake at Clairvaux-les-Lacs, 100 m from the beach

The 6-person gite is located on the left side of the house with a large terrace, and the 4-person gite is located on the right side of the house with the terrace on the side.

The area welcomes you for all your holidays, with friends or family and in whatever season, there is a large number of beauty spots and leisure activities nearby : lakes with beaches and watersports, waterfalls, caves, hill-walking and rambling, mountain-biking, riding, fishing, alpine and cross-country skiing, canoeing, kayaking, tennis, micro-light................

You will benefit from a magnificent view within 5 minutes walk from the center of Clairvaux-les-Lacs, where you will find all you need for a comfortable holiday : doctor, pharmacy, bank, baker, butcher, groceries, petrol station, dry cleaner, restaurants, hairdresser, etc.............

100 m² furnished apartment with a 50m² private terrace. (adaptable into a 4 person gite depending on availability and the season)

4 person gite
77 m² furnished apartment with a 30m² private terrace.

These 2 gîtes, in our house, are semi detached with independant entrances.
